A well-designed home starts with a well-designed process.

The Process

At the heart of CC Gilmore’s work is collaboration. Every home she designs reflects her client’s lifestyle, personality, and story. Her approach creates spaces that are relaxed, layered, and timeless—while making the design journey enjoyable and stress-free.

1 / Discovery & Consultation

We start by getting to know you. CC meets with you in-person or virtually to discuss your style, lifestyle needs, and budget. Together, we explore inspiration through photos, furnishings, and ideas to understand your vision.

2 / Concept Development

CC creates two distinct design concepts tailored to your tastes. You choose one, or blend elements from both, shaping the final direction for your home.

3 / Selections & Ordering

Once the concept is finalized, we select furniture, finishes, and key design elements. CC sources one-of-a-kind pieces from top markets to make your home unique.

4 / Accessorizing & Styling

Before installation, you’ll receive accessories and styling pieces to try in your space. Keep only what feels right—return the rest.

5 / Installation & Final Touches

CC oversees the full installation and styling process. Every detail is placed with care, ensuring a cohesive, livable, and beautiful environment.

6 / Ongoing Support

Clients stay connected through scheduled weekly blocks, using the time to review designs, discuss updates, and provide feedback—keeping the project clear, collaborative, and on track.
